Krassimir Guergov and Seth Underwood were the winners of the first Allianz Open Tournament

The President of the Bulgarian Golf Federation, Krassimir Guergov, and Seth Underwood, its Secretary-General, won the “gross” category of the first “Allianz Open” amateur tournament of Allianz Bulgaria, which was held today at the “BlackSeaRama” complex near Balchik.First to score in the "net" category was the pair of players Vlad Lazar and Florin Nestoyo from Romania. Second in this category came Ivo Tsekov and Kancho Stoychev, the Vice-President of BGA, third – the Romanians Razvan Marku and his son Konstantin Marcu. 30 pairs of golfers from Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Romania, Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland took part in the contest.The next tournament sponsored by Allianz Bulgaria will take place on 12 June at the Pirin Golf & Country Club near Razlog. The first two with the best results from both tournaments will be awarded the chance to participate in the prestigious Allianz golf tournament  in St. Andrews, Scotland.
