The new owner of Direct Media A.D., formerly part of Multikom Group DOO, will be media group of Mr. Krassimir Guergov. Mr. Guergov, who has been in the media business since the early 90s, and who has brought the largest foreign investors to the Bulgarian media market, is a long-time partner of the Bulgarian Central European Media Enterprises (CME) as well as News Corporation, the prominent media companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Krassimir Guergov is also a shareholder in bTV Media Group, which is a leading media company with 44% share in the Bulgarian market. He is the President of the advertising agency Kres, which is the first full service independent Bulgarian agency. Mr Guergov is a partner in the largest media agency Piero 97, as well as in the leading outdoor media operator JC Decaux. In his companies in Bulgaria, Mr. Guergov has approximately 1,000 employees. Mr. Krassimir Guergov is a pioneer of golf development in Bulgaria and serves as the President of Bulgarian Golf Association.
